With the Chrome FlowCaster plugin, you can click a link in your Gmail or Google Calendar to immediately start a new meeting, or schedule a meeting, along with the tools to invite participants, set up reminders and so on.

It's easy to use these features. Here's how to install this application:

Please use a Chrome browser. Go to the Chrome Store. From there you can find the FlowCaster Integration Page.

Download and install the application. Upon completion you should notice some new links in your Gmail and Google Calendar.

For Gmail, a FlowCaster link is added on the lower left. Clicking it loads the FlowCaster New Meeting page.

You can click the New Meeting button to show the options.

Start a FlowCaster meeting now - immediately go to the FlowCaster.live site and start a new meeting. You will need to Sign in to an account to start a meeting. Start and email a FlowCaster meeting - immediately go to the FlowCaster.live site and start a new meeting, and at the same time, open a new email with an invitation to the same meeting so you can invite everybody you need to collaborate with.
Schedule a FlowCaster meeting - opens your Google Calendar, so you can set up a new FlowCaster meeting. All of the familiar event options are available, so you can set the time, whether the meeting repeats, what sort of reminders will be sent and to whom, similar to any event you create in the calendar.

For your Google Calendar, clicking on a day will open your usual event editor, with an extra feature: the Add FlowCaster meet & review session button.

Clicking on the Add FlowCaster meet & review session button lets you schedule the new meeting with all the parameters you are used to using in any similar Calendar event. You can set Time of Day, specify/invite the participants, set the reminders, and so on. The meeting link is provided automatically and everybody can join easily and get started working.
